“Me and my daughter stayed one night, the room was very clean spacious. We used the shuttle to take us to the airport which was very convent!!! Definitely will stay again if need”
“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Gift bag was a nice touch! Shower and bathroom area could use a renovation and brighter lighting. Breakfast didn't have hot food because of some kitchen malfunction - disappointed. ”
“Ok the one (and only!) bad thing first: the shuttle to the airport is not free. It’s $35 usd. This place is gorgeous. The neighborhood was a bit worrisome but once you figure out downtown is only a mile away, the walk is worth it- and no one was aggressive with us. I even walked by myself several times with no issues (f 34yr). The bar and restaurant staff are so accommodating and the food is delicious. ”
