Hotel a Southgate

“Nothing spectacular had a lot better. Breakfast is at other hotels that were cheaper.”

“Hotel was conveniently located to events we were attending. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel could use a little updating. Felt safe and would stay there again if in the area. ”

“This hotel is in need of some TLC. The sink had big cracks, the bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it and it has developed a weird smell since the last time we stayed there.”

“The Staff at Hotel were Friendly & Helpful especially the Blonde Female Maid & Laundry Attendant. Breakfast was Great but could have benefited from some Fresh Fruit. Rooms were clean. I liked the option to do your own linen exchange at the the Laundry room. Overall a Great stay & I am still here. Patricia”

“The hot tub was filthy, the beds were hard. Floors were dirty. It was so loud all night. Left after one night and cancelled night two. I have had good experiences with Baymont’s in this past but this one was terrible ”

“Breakfast was the same everyday. The front desk staff, when available, were hospitable and welcoming but a lot of times during the day they were completely unavailable- not present. My room had clean bedding and a clean coffee pot and surface areas but the bathroom had random hair all over and the shower floor was almost black with dirt from feet that has built up on the textured/non-slip area which definitely could use some detailed attention. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation.
