“The breakfast could have had some meat proteins. The only protein was hard boiled eggs. The waffles were good. The coffee was not very good. The room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The parking lot was well lit. The beds and pillows were comfortable. ”

“The rooms were nice and updated, however as we were sitting eating dinner Friday night after check in we seen a few roaches. The property is smoke free but at night we noticed the smell of marijauana (our party does not smoke) coming from the room beside us. Pool area was clean water was perfect for our son he enjoyed it. Parking was easily accessible. I’d give it an honest 5/10.”

“First room given to us smells like cigarettes. But the front desk staff helped us change a room. New room was clean, but some furnitures were quite worn out. Needs more up keep. Shampoo and body wash were not refilled. Breakfast scrambled eggs were poor, tasted like dry breadcrumbs. Got 3 stars because of friendly front desk staff!”

“The room was clean but they need to deep clean and just buy new sheets for the beds. It’s to many spots on them. Also doors were dirty well the bathroom door was really dirty with spots and the shower needs to be cleaner, like the walls at the top of the ceiling. I had to kill spiders”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Staf was great! However rooms need updated. Could hardly get up in the bed as it was so high. Several holes in the walls Shower door tracts were very rusty. Room very small. But it did keep me cool in the ravaging heat.”

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. “This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. So while I'm at the house setting up generators and extension cords, one of the managers came down to the room to have my family leave at noon.
