Hotel a Wyandotte

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “Will stay here again. Loved the apartment and the staff were nice. Only problem was only one elevator worked so we had to often take the stairs which was horrible.”

“The sofa sleeper in my suite was broken. The room was dirty. There were dishes in the dishwasher. And the breakfast was not all that great. They didn’t have a good selection of anything. You either had waffle, oatmeal, greasy looking pork sausages , hard scrambled eggs or cereal, white bread, bagels, egg muffins, milk there was no yogurt very poor selection. “The hotel is really good, with clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms. It has a very well structured gym with a great pool near it. Surely a great hotel where to stay and relax!”

“The front desk clerk with Red hair was so pleasant and friendly. The room was nicely decorated. A 1 inch beetle was in our bathroom which I killed and flushed. There were dead bugs around the floor next to the walls. Not sure if they were spider meals or if they had sprayed something to kill them but the debris needed cleaning. “I do not have any complaints about my stay here. It is easy to get in and out. Layout can be confusing at first but just lookout for signage. I like the aesthetic on the outside, it is unlike any other building in the area. I only stayed here for one night but the stay was very peaceful and comfortable. Overall for a simple short budget stay this place is fine”
