“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “It's really a rarity these days when you find somebody working a check-in of a hotel to go the extra mile for you. That happened for me yesterday and I want to tell you about it. When I checked into the Radisson hotel Detroit airport, it was early in the afternoon. My reservation wasn't quite there from orbits. However, the check-in person as well as the on duty manager took care of it to allow me to check in at a pretty early time and allow me to get on with my day”

“Very quiet and picturesque area. The property was well maintained and updated. Very comfortable bed and linens. My only issue was during check in the staff member looked annoyed I was there and continued their phone call while I was providing ID etc. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition with coffee, tea and juice but the cereal milk was souring unfortunately. I would recommend this stay to anyone passing through the area, it was a refuge on the road.”
