“It was excellent ”

“Wife & I only went for a break from kids & grandchildren that had moved in with us, not thinking it was the day before easter & there were dozens of kids running around. That would not have been a problem except there were between 20 & 30 teens & preteens in the pool area running in and out. The entrance for the pool area is about 50 feet from the front desk and the floor was completely wet all through. My wife almost fell, I helped keep her from falling then my legs slid out popping my knee...

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“Nice atmosphere ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Nice place for one night. Very old and since it was off season the room was a little stuffy.”

“The hotel is really good, with clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms. It has a very well structured gym with a great pool near it. Surely a great hotel where to stay and relax!”

“Good breakfast ”

“I accidentally booked at the wrong comfort inn. I would have stayed there however they didn’t have airport shuttle so we went to the comfort inn I should have booked. I am just disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my refund since I did stay at another comfort inn. ”

“It was a quick stay but efficient ”

“Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

“Nice stay for a flight gone wrong. Good breakfast. Plenty of food for dinner and breakfast. Easy airport shuttle. Would recommend this place. ”
