Hotel a Newport

“The room was clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. I left at 5:00am in the morning so I didn't experience the breakfast, looked like it was going to be great. All the staff except for the overnight person was very helpful and kind. At 5 in the morning and have 4 guest leaving and 2 new group guest coming in seemed overwhelming for a solo staff person at the front desk”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
