“Clean room, comfortable bed, and wonderful staff. Pillows were awful. One of the pillows was hard like a book. Could have used better toiletries like tissues and both conditioner and shampoo rather than just shampoo.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Could be updated more, but other then that it was great! We had 6 kids with us for a birthday for my son. Every kid had a great time! The pool setup is super cool and was a major hit for the kids.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. There was a comfy chair, a desk area with chair and an extra blanket. The staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was not continental, but a full hot breakfast with sausage, eggs, tater tots and waffles. There was a lovely stone bar, and a decent dinner menu. The pool was popular. Many comfortable places to sit downstairs. Good parking.”
