Hotel a Monroe

“Breakfast menu was standard continental fare. Room was clean but dated- carpeting is worn. Bedding was very light and wrinkled- wondered if it in fact had been cleaned from prior stay. No extra blankets in room. Basic amenities with no frills. ”

“This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Very clean. Rooms were wonderful. Property was excellent. Great area to walk. The bed was so comfortable. So quiet and breakfast was great. Will stay here again. ”

“We tried checking in. We were suppossed to have two rooms. First room was satisfactory, second room had not beem cleaned. Beer cans all over the floor, one of the beds wasn't made. Window was wide open and it was 40 degrees out. Went back to the front desk, they gave us a new room. Went to check that one out and neither bed was made all the bedding was laying on the floor, there was an electric air purifier running. Went back to the front desk and told them we were gonna find a different hotel....

“Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

“Horrible11th birthday party for my daughter. Pool, rooms, resort, and water park dirty. We had to ask for washcloths and towels which none were avaliable in the room opon arrival. No restaurants or snack bars were open at the water park which made it so where we had no access to food or drink while there unless we left the waterpark. Way understaffed. We booked not knowing expedia does not offer water park passes with the rooms until we got there so we had to pay a extra 70 per person for water...

“Breakfast was little ”

“Check in was a breeze and the staff here are wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. The room needed work, the carpet at the threshold from kitchenette to room was worn with fraying and the tack strip was showing with sharp points. The security lock on the door was jammed and would not lock. The pool at the hotel was horrible, dirty and didn’t appear to have any chemicals. There was rust around the pool stairs in the deep end.”

“We stayed on weekend of a fishing tournament. Prices are usually around 150 a night. Jacked the price up to 244 with taxes. Charged 5 extra dollars for amenities. Well pool was closed down and fresh coffee maker had no beans. We don't use the gym or internet so not sure what amenity we paid extra for!No blower dryer in the bathroom. Shades on the window suck all the lights from the parking lot were shinning in the room. We had to hang the bed sheet on window just to sleep.”

“I was very happy with my stay. Cleanliness was actually not bad anywhere we went, only disappointment would be the breakfast buffet. Was actually looking forward to the breakfast and it wasnt nothing like reviews have previously mentioned about there breakfast. Even heard some other guest who must stay there more frequent than most and they was complainining how they had no yogurt like usual and other food items they typically had.”

“The place was a lower than a homeless shelter. They did not honor my reservation. I had to find another hotel that cost me $270.00. I am very pissed off right now”

“Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky”

“Man at the desk at night I believe his name mark was a terrible clerk unfriendly I am eighty five years old I asked him for roll of toilet paper and he was un friendly he have an issue I will stay at 66 motel before I stay in your Hampton inn ”
