“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. “Staff were fine, they let us check in early the first night, which was nice. The room was pretty clean, minus some weird stains around the bathroom (hair dye? Lipstick? Idk). The toilet plug had problems Sealing- had to jiggle it or it would keep running. None of that was a big deal for me. Check in/out was smooth, room was pretty clean, which was all we really needed. Great value from that perspective. The only real downside was that the door didn't seal - there was noticeable light coming...

“The Staff at Hotel were Friendly & Helpful especially the Blonde Female Maid & Laundry Attendant. Breakfast was Great but could have benefited from some Fresh Fruit. Rooms were clean. I liked the option to do your own linen exchange at the the Laundry room. Overall a Great stay & I am still here. Patricia”

“****BEWARE**** I was here for a basketball tournament over the weekend and we had no hot water. I guess a few other people had the same problem. I was told that when the manager came in Monday, I would be compensated for my stay. Instead, she told Expedia that when she got there Monday, there was nothing wrong with the water and they will not offer any sort of compensation. “Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky”

“Hotel was fine, but if they're to advertise a a free Continental breakfast at least do some minimum things like have tongs for the bagels. Have a toaster that works! ($40 at target would go along way). And maybe some decent plates and lids for the coffee cup.”
