“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “Everything was so clean! The staff where great not hairs on the bedding. No dust and dirt in corners! This was a 10 out of 10 for me! Im very picky”

“I accidentally booked at the wrong comfort inn. I would have stayed there however they didn’t have airport shuttle so we went to the comfort inn I should have booked. I am just disappointed that they wouldn’t honor my refund since I did stay at another comfort inn. ”
