“Great hotel, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location right next to great shopping and restaurants.Super festive lobby bar (with fireplace) vibe for both Saturday's college football and Sunday's NFL. We have lots of family in Livonia and Novi, so will definitely be back.”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”

“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...
