“I loved the variety of items fo breakfast. The room was clean and most importantly, the towels were soft and not worn. The entryway leaves a lot to be desired. It should be kept up on a continuous basis throughout the day. The staff was exceptional 👏 ”

“The front desk lady seemed to have an attitude that I checked in at 11pm I think she was sleep the room was clean overall I re washed the jet tub they provided shampoo conditioner and soap and towels the fireplace worked but the sheets and covers smelled like mildew or wet dog so we didn’t stay the night and no where on Expedia did it say I would have to pay a $50 deposit ”

“Nice large room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good, great waffles, bagels, fruit yogurt, etc. Large well lite parking lot. A good value for the price. A1 staff.”

“The room is noisy due to the sheer number of people; there is a lot of sound and commotion that persists from 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM—specifically footsteps, voices, televisions, and the opening and closing of doors by the people staying above and next to me. Consequently, it is extremely difficult to get any sleep or rest.”

“I enjoyed the staff Jasmine, Toiya and GM carried my luggage up the stairs. The staff was very hospitable, my room was clean up to my standards. My breakfast was great….. my girlfriend and I had a ball catching up.”

“No issues with parking, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, pool was nice and clean. We had a suite and it was larger than expected as well as very tidy. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. ”

“The room coffee pot still had coffee pak in it. Hair was in the tub. I was thinking breakfast would have included some fresh fruit or hot items such as some eggs or hot oatmeal or even some type of meat. No type of assorted creamers. ”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise.
