“Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The grounds are perfectly kept and beautiful. Golf was amazing, Five Steakhouse was fabulous as usual. Such a treasure in our own backyard.”
“I liked the various seating areas and the area where breakfast was really cool. I didn't personally like the breakfast options,but can understand the aesthetic and why there were that way. I really didn't like the area around pool because it was cluttered. There isn't enough room for 3 lounge chairs and a table. For someone with mobility issues it was difficult to access the pool while navigating the lounge chairs and tables. I did like the shower that is provided,but again mobility issues...

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “I spent 5 nights at Sonesta. The accommodations were exactly as described. The room and facility was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available as needed but mostly kept to their duties. I had a handicap accessible room bcz I was having surgery while in Ann Arbor. The dog theme decor, pet treats, and color scheme added to the appeal.
