“I'd never stayed in a setup like this but I found it worked well for my needs! It was less chaotic and offered more space and amenities than a traditional hotel. It was a nice central location in Ann Arbor but was nice and quiet. Anyone coming town for a Michigan game or other campus event would probably be comfortable here.”

“Fan in the room kept us up all night making noise like it needed to be repaired. The "breakfast" was not a breakfast at all! Simply a cellophane wrapped tiny muffin and coffee.”

“A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex.”

“Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

“The Hot tub was not open and I was told on the phone that their hot tub be ready for used”

“The TV was not working. We asked for the staff to fix it the did not fix the problem with the TV. Then the blow dryer was a fire hazard because when you turn it on it sounded like a powered tool and it was smoking enough to start a fire. The bed by the window felt like it was broken because made you are failing off the bed. The soup dispenser in the shower wall was broken.”

“We reserved the two room suite for my husband, kids, my dad, and myself. We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. I asked if they could comp us to joining rooms so we had AC, ‘Max’ became very defensive telling me that I would...
