“Very comfort inn standard. Good clean rooms great for travellers like myself. I would highly suggest staying here. They have an amazing pool for relaxing time and good morning breakfast eggs and sausages. ”

“Some staffs was great but some was not helpfull. My room was accidentally cleared during my stay so I had to contact the staff to get my stuff back. At the end, I got my stuff back but the used clothes got mixed up with the clean one. I need to wash them but the staff didn't try helping (the washing machines only receive ¢25) so I couldn't wash them.”

“The tubs could've been cleaner, had less hard water, and the WiFi could've been less spotty but overall the hotel was very immaculate, had excellent waitstaff, a nice large pool, a separate area for smoking which is a lifesaver for an asthmatic and decent breakfast offerings. You really can't complain. If this was an apartment It wouldn't be decent ”

“Super nice staff. I found this place after a paid booking was cancelled at another hotel. A little further out that I would like but it was worth it. I got to check out some local bars in Charlotte. A big shout out to Frank. He checked me in and the other staff was very friendly. If you want something clean, inexpensive and not a bad drive to MSU, check out this place.”

“Nancy was helpful. But one staff called to report a chair that was broken when he checked in, and asked for a replacement chair. He was told that was not an option.”

“my experience staying at Baymont was having to sleep with the roaches and when i asked for a room change, they could not accommodate me do to the hotel was full so i understandable. wasn't to please with staff they would always over talk you so they didn't have to answer any more question. wasn't to please with the hotel.”

“This is our fav hotel when we go to east lansing. Clean, comfortable bed, well maintain, easy parking. Good breakfast esp the coffee!”
