“Room was not very clean. Dust everywhere even on back of toilet. Some strange substance on walls we cleaned off with Clorox wipes. Also had to ask for clean sheets as the sheets in one of the beds were dirty. Pool was also cloudy and dirty.”

“The ONLY positive thing I can say about this hotel was that the room was clean and the staff was helpful. Other than that I was not impressed. This hotel needs a major cleanup-there were weeds everywhere, overgrown landscaping beds, the wood on the windows were in need of repair and overall aesthetically just gave me the ickies. The kitchen was useless as there were no kitchen items available. The towels had dirt streaks on them so we asked for new ones. Also, when I checked in I am certain...

“Excellent hotel all around. The lobby and rooms are in great condition - it's surprising that the building is about to undergo renovations in late 2026! The front desk and breakfast staff were great. Location is very quiet and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We enjoy staying at this hotel for the annual Capital City Comic Con. This year, we had a room with a view of the river and watched a fireworks show, which was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend this hotel to other cosplayers.”

“The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfy. I wished there had been a microwave for our eating out leftovers. There was not much water pressure so showers were affected. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty basic…I missed having waffles…and there was little daily variety. We were charged $10 a day to park! I think that was outrageous!”
