Vacanze Highland Park

We loved the boutique hotel style. The sheets & towels were well laundered. We loved the common areas but unfortunately did not get to attend any events or eat at the restaurant. Good location

The staff working during our stay did their best they could with the resources they had. Our room was not ready at 4 pm and then was delayed even further due to the fire alarm going off because of the deli next door. We were in town for a concert so just got ready in the lobby and gained access to our room when we returned later that evening and everything was fine! One other thing to note is that some of the rooms have an exposed industrial vibe and ours happened to have the water pipes so we could hear it all night long.
