Hotel a Waterford

“This place is not a safe place for travelers. The front desk provided a room key to us for a room that was occupied. Kids all over the place including behind the front counter. pool was not opened, which was a blessing as it probably was not sanitary. we walked out without staying even one night and was denied our money back. This place needs to be shut down by the health dept. Disgusting”

“Clean, location was very good, nice furniture. Did not like that the side door was one at all times! Breakfast was limited to carbs. With dietary needs, couldn’t eat anything except maybe the orange. No bananas or oatmeal. American diet is not healthy!”

“The woman who greeted us last night was very friendly (she was there at check out this morning too). The hotel was clean and it was overall a very enjoyable stay!”

“This property does not offer a free breakfast, but they have a restaurant that serves breakfast. The gyro meat/egg burrito was excellent. This property has a very nice pool and a bar that serves after 4PM. Fogo de Chao is also within a very short walk and service there was much better than the reviews I read on line for this restaurant. We went on a Thursday night and there was a small crowd.”

“The onsite team or front desk was great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to retrieve the item, I noticed how dusty it was under the bed. Keep in mind, the bed sits high off the floor and the floor is vinyl. There was a film along the plastic baseboard that only happens when you mop without sweeping and now there is gunk stuck to the baseboard and floor. My recommendation is that at least twice per year the beds are pulled out...

“pulizia effettuata a giorni alterni senza nessuna informazione preventiva sia alla prenotazione che al check-in. il secondo giorno ho dovuto sollecitare al mio rientro la pulizia della camera perchè ancora non effettuata alle 2:45 PM pulizia della camera appena sufficiente e comunque incompleta e effettuata in maniera frettolosa personale alla reception non sempre presente perchè nascosto nella camera antistante a controllare il cellulare (devo specificare per correttezza che tale comportamento...

“There was door almming and baninging noise throughout the stay that seemded to be either structula.problem or maintenance issue. I also had issue with a group of young prople being loud for hours late at night. I called front desk but the clerk just said she will call the police. The noise continues well past 1am. I would not come back for sure.”

“The first thing I usually do when I get to a room is set up my CPAP machine. There were no plugs next to the bed so i moved the bed slightly to get to an outlet and saw that it has not been cleaned under in a really long time. I stayed the night, but was not happy. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was so messy and burnt stuff on the waffle maker. We did not eat breakfast. We actually left the hotel 2 days earlier than we were originally booked for.”

“Great staff! I tried to check in and my room wasn't ready. I came back 3 hours later and they remembered me by name and had me checked in right away. Breakfast was great and hotel room was super clean and comfortable.”
