“Besides the the increase in pet fee for an extra 2 nights, it was a good hotel.”

“The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“Over all the staff was great. The rooms are outdated and could use some upgrades. The staff was good. Breakfast was awful. Parking was great The hotel do have a bit of a smell but it’s a pet friendly hotel so it’s expected and the power went out one day and I felt like I should have been compensated for that day.”

“We booked a room at the hotel & when we arrived there was no power. We weren’t even able to speak to anyone. Now Marriott places blame on Expedia to refund us & Expedia refuses. Avoid both this property & this booking site.”

“We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on.”

“The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out...

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. “Great stay”

“When we arrived, we were informed that the property owners are now assessing a new $5.00 per day "general" charge. Staff had no idea what charge was for. I insisted charge be removed and it was the next day. Was not listed on expedia website or anything posted at site. I did not feel being "ambushed" at check in was fair. Staff very nice and apologetic. Will make IHG aware. Other than that, stay was good.”

“Had to be the worst stay to date for me at a hotel. Toilet was moving all over the place. AC stopped working and didn’t get fixed. Doors made horrible noises when opening and closing. Door cards stopped working everyday. Breakfast consisted of 3 oranges, a few bagels and some bread, instant oatmeal and rice cereal.
