Hotel a Chesterfield

“My family spent the weekend there and couldnt really use the pool every time they tried it was packed with tons of kids misbehaving and taking up space with tons of pool toys and adults taking up the hot tub and drinking alcohol all around it. Couldn't enjoy the room because music was blaring so loudly. The rooms were clean and nice so that was good but sad to not be able to enjoy the other amenities”

“The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”

“Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was spacious for handicap. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were soft but satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.”

“After staying previously at another Extended Stay I was very disappointed in this one. The room was dirty, the bathtub was gross. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and it was accumulated dirt, not fresh. There was also trash left as well. The floors were sticking. The bedding, the bed wasn't actually made. The pillows should not of even been in use. A dirty coffee cup in the hall was there my entire stay. The outside grass was not mowed either. Needless to say very disappointed, and...

“The door on our patio was broke so we could not lock it. Only one light worked in the room. The lobby looked nicer than the rooms by a long shot ”

“No shampoo or soap. Tub has mold and rust. Room smells.”

“Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend!”
