“Room was good size. Only one working elevator made traveling between floors very difficult. The bed was not made after the first night of my stay. The furniture in the main lobby had many stains on them. Had to replace my room card twice during my visit. Will not stay at this hotel again.”

“Was given an itinerary and receipt indicating my credit card was charged for 5 rooms. Arrived at hotel a little after 1AM to check in and I was told that my rooms had been double booked to someone else. No refund, a too bad about your luck attitude. Dispute filed with my credit card / Bank. ”

“Pets fine, but this place is Section 8 housing . So, if you want drugs, hookers, and to hear banging doors, this place is for you. The room was gross. There was somebody's bra hanging in the bathroom. Was refused fresh towels the next day. Had to ask for a blanket. There was blood spatter on the nightstand and big drops on the floor. Yucky”

“Rooms needs updates carpet old worn, couch from 70"s,wood doors were scratched and worn , water in bathroom very low pressure. Tub grout old discolored, tub needs reglazing. Breakfast not what expected, not enough for all guess. Refrigerator in room very loud, if you are light sleeper you will be up all night. I hated my room view was a cemetery! Ice machine only on first floor,all other floors out of order. Non refundable room will never stay there again.”

“I needed an "Early Check-In" the day we stayed. They were able to get me my room (only because there was 1 available) about 6 hours before the normal check in time. (Had oral surgery in the neighborhood and wasn't about to drive 40 miles home, only to come back the next day). Hotel was very clean/neat, friendly. I would definitely stay there again. ”
