“The room was nice the pool is pretty small & also the breakfast was not the best not many options at all & there was not a good view anywhere but rooms was very nice”

“the shower drain was clogged, mentioned to the front desk on Friday at 3pm they said ticket is open and someone will fix today At 8pm came back to the hotel and the issue was not fixed, I asked the front desk and I was told the maintenance was left and they will come fix Saturday morning , we checked out on Sunday and no one has came to fix it When checking out the front desk asked if the stay was good ! We mentioned the issue and he said I’m sorry you guys have a good day!!! I was not sure...

“The hotel building looks run down, and the outside is slighly overgrown with weeds in the rocks. We stayed 5 days and not once was the elevator vacuumed, nor the entrance way mopped. There were papers and old fishfly carcasses on the floor on day one, and we told them good bye on day five. The rooms itself were spacious and clean. No complaints there. “Our stay here was exceptional except you weren't allowed to bring outside food in or DoorDash. I understand that since they have a restaurant on-site but it closes earlier than we thought. We were in town for a concert and wanted a bite to eat afterwards but just went to be a bit hungry lol. We probably could have found somewhere to dine but it was 11 pm on a Wednesday...not many dine in spots hence the need for DoorDash. I would absolutely stay here again despite that minor inconvenience....

“The property was decorated nicely. I grew up in a historic home and was looking forward to staying here. But day 1 there was no air conditioning in the room on the hottest 2 days of this year thus far. We were in the biggest heat wave. I was told the AC was being worked on and they gave out all their fans. So I had to go to Walmart to buy a fan so I would not get sick. I have autoimmune conditions that get extremely flared with extensive heat. I feel the managers of this property should be up...

“Room itself was ok. Fairly clean. However there were things we could tell they hadn't cleaned. My wife found a lighter. Breakfast on the other hand was a disaster. Very unorganized, unsanitary, and just plain gross. I wasn't expecting alot for breakfast. The selection was slim at best. I did however expect to not have juice splashed on me by the worked emptying the juice overflow. He was very rude to interact with. The floors were sticky and not a single table didn't have food on it.”
