“The place was clean. It just looks like a king size prison brick walls no closet doors. B u t. It was quiet!”

“The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. ”

“We reserved 3 rooms. The AC in one of the rooms did not work. In 93 degree weather, over a 100 degrees in the room, this was unacceptable. We addressed the situation via email and in person multiple times, but we were not transferred to another room until after midnight. We were in Detroit for a concert and could not get ready properly due to the AC not working. I made a request for a refund on the hotels email, but I am assuming a refund may need to be initiated by Expedia since the booking...

“It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.”
