Hotel a Union City

“The carpet had a giant disgusting stain. The manager said the last guest spilled something. What a bucket of fish guts. Drove 600 plus miles to get to my reservation. Wife discovered disgusting mess as she went to unfold the sheets. We got our money back and had no place to stay at midnight. No way we would stay at a place that would put guests in such awful conditions. We have pictures. I want a refund for the clean Holiday Inn I booked at midnight. Expedia booked it they need to stand...

Expedia would not accept the card number provided to the clerk from Expedia for the reservation, claiming that the reservation had been made through a third-party. Even though I had an Expedia confirmation number they continually insisted that it was not an Expedia reservation.
