“Cabin was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. It rained and they normally lock the pool and hot tub when it rains, but they were super accomadating and unlocked the hot tub for us.”

“Alissa in the office made the trip special for us because she took an interest in our trip and wanted everything to be perfect which is the exception these days, not the norm. Little extras like that make the trip memorable. Would definitely stay here again when back out this way!”

“The Tree View room that we were put in was very basic. No artwork or decor to make it cozy or aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom mirror is extremely small and hung very low- I couldn't see my face without bending over. There is also no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries. With that said, it was clean and the bedding was soft. The price was decent for the close proximity to Mendocino.”

“The Beachcomber is a great, affordable place to bring your family. I personally take my family there at least four times a year because it offers plenty of amenities, a convenient location close to the downtown area, and beautiful beach views. It’s always a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, making it one of our favorite family destinations.”

“We are not totally happy with the motel. 1. During check in they charge $20 each for additional person on top of the rate be paid. She discounted half of it which suppose to be $80 down to 40.00 ! Looks like this hidden charges 2. When we got into the room, it smelled bad like a typical old moldy house that never been cleaned and sanitized so they did ozolate? to get rid of the smell. 3. The towels are not sanitized and looks like a rug than bath towels ( see pictures) 4. The bathroom was...

“Two level accommodations with upstairs bedroom and full living room/kitchen on the main level. Very nice with great view. Fireplace was only source of heat. If you are planning to use the futon (uncomfortable) the fireplace going on and off can make it difficult to sleep. Walls are not sound proof and can hear loud neighbors and cars.”
