“I checked in late, 9pm, and there was no one to help on site with check in. Needed to call an after hours line. Door to my room was open which was strange. Overall property was nice and room was spacious.”

Why did Expedia and the hotel take my money when I drove all that way and wasted that money for nothing! Extremely frustrating experience. Guess you always have to read the fine print. Corporate America is all too happy to steal your hard-earned money!”

“This was a nice well-kept two-story property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and confrontable. Served Starbucks coffee! Had some breakfast chooses. Not much in the area to do but right off the freeway for quick access to wherever you want to go. Close to Costco. Priced well. Would stay here again.”

“Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. “They were very nice and welcoming”

“The inn was very lovely with nice surroundings and clean rooms. It was bit odd to have a chair place adjacent to the gas fireplace but since it was so warm out the fireplace was not used. The bed was comfy, the ground pretty and the location very quiet.”

“After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.”

“The rooms were very beautiful and well decorated. The glamping tents had such a cozy vibe that first beautifully with the view. At night there could be blasting music which the provided ear plugs is very helpful! The host was very welcoming and the place was very beautiful”
