“Room was clean when we arrived. Had room service, none of our bottles for toiletries were full. Empty upon arrival, called the front desk, the gentleman brought us all brand new bottles, but seemed to get rather upset because my dog barked at him. Stayed for three days, room service didn’t bother to wipe down anything that was accessible and cleared of personal belongings. Breakfast was mediocre. But again, it’s hotel. Our second time staying, pet friendly and very pleasant. Will definitely stay...

“Requested jetted tub hot water pressure was extremely low with Luke warm water husband has sciatica and muscular sclerosis and wasn’t able to soak his joints he was in a lot of pain and we couldn’t enough the amenities of the hotel like the outside hot tub because it was raining ”

“Instagram-able back lwn with colored chairs overlooking the bay. We saw seals and birds huntings for fish. The rooms smelled a little of bleach from cleaning, which I actually like. Everything was white, white walls, white floor, white bedsheets, and all of it was immaculate. If I were to go again, I would wish there was a mat for the shoes or I would bring slippers, because the parking lot is gravel and seemed to pick up dirt on the bottom of your shoes, and then it would disperse effortlessly...

“Well, first of all the bathroom window couldn’t be secured, so the clerk gave me a wooden board to secure the window. There was no phone in the room. The front window needs to be cleaned. Otherwise the room was fine. One big plus was the comfortable king size bed 🛌. Would I go back to stay for the price of a room. NO ”

“The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly! The walls in the room I had were completely bare and white with only one wall having any sort of art. The TV was in the room with the couch but there was nothing in the bedroom. The fridge wasn’t working so my food ended up going to waste by morning which was about $20-$30 worth of food. I think it absolutely is a cute spot with potential but was not worth how much I spent on the room. ”

“I love the furnishings in my room. The room and property are excellently maintained. Staff was very kind and nice as I was staying there while my spouse was in the nearby hospital and I locked myself out of my room due to exhaustion. The only item is that I wish the parking spots were wider as they are pretty narrow. It is a bit challenging because the lane between the parked cars and the curb is pretty narrow.”

“Our check in staff was lovely and our room started off wonderful. It is a beautiful place. The next morning, our breakfast tray (great breakfast) on our room’s table was crawling with ants by 10:30am. I reported the ant concern to the front desk and I was told with a shrug that it is probably from some recent rain. This hotel is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Know it may come with bugs. “Thank you for having us! It was nice even on the off season. There were clean showers and bathrooms and the tent we were in had a nice space heater. The staff there were willing to accommodate us upon request and were very accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this to my friends and family! ”
