“We were lucky to stay here for their soft opening. The property does not have all their amenities running yet. No breakfast, hot tub, or food on site. But the rooms are immaculate. The decor is really nice. A few little kinks I am sure they will work out, but the experience was fantastic!”

“We really enjoyed our stay, it was cozy and charming and close to everything Mendocino. The room was clean but some aspects felt outdated like peeling paint and stains on the carpets. We would definitely stay again!”

“Property was in a good location close to downtown but a train going by late at night keep waking you up until the last train around 11:00, parking was good, heater did not work, thankfully it was not needed”

“In the 31 years of all the traveling my wife and I have stayed in motels, this was the worst stay! The room was filthy, the tiles were popping up from the floor the shower is so tiny you can barely turn around! Definitely will never stay at this hotel ever again! Also the price of the room for the weekend was outrageous for how low the quality of the stay is! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!”

“This was a cute place to stay with walkable dining. We didn't realize when we booked that there was no air conditioning, but the ladies at the other hotel where you have to check in gave us a box fan.”

“The gentleman who checked us in and out was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us with 2 beach locations that were both lovely and fun, and several restaurant choices, two of which we used and greatly enjoyed. This location is not north of the bridge where a lot of activities and downtown is, but it's so close. 2-3 min by car. It really was remarkably clean inside and out which I appreciate. I woulld stay there again.”
