“I was not made aware at the time of booking that the property was under construction and that the amenities were all closed. ”

“The room was not clean. No microwave in the room as described. The pool was not open per advertisement, nor was the outlet mall that was within walking distance. Only six stores,maybe, opened in the whole mall. The wallpaper in several spots was hanging off the wall. There was a big hole in the wall behind the door where the door knob had went through. The tub and shower were dirty. The toilet was stained and dirty looking. The caulk around the Jacuzzi tub was gaping and the Jacuzzi tub shot...

“This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!”

“We have found Red Roof Inns to be reliably clean, safe, and comfortable hotels. We were disappointed with this property. It had ratings of 8.4 out of ten so we expected it to be above average. The staff was couorteous and helpful. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The roll-in shower was great. The staff was also apologetic. We arrived before peak season and were told that the location would be repairing broken items. Several much needed repairs were obvious. The room HVAC units were missing...

“Towels were stained, one garbage can by the door, no way for continuous fan so it kicked on and off all night, no hair dryer. Worst part was they use scented detergent or softener on the sheets! I stand headache and allergies! Mentioned it to the clerk in the morning. Of course she said she has to do what the tell her, which I understand, but don’t know if there will be reconsideration. ”
