“Booked us the wrong room. Internet didn't work and good was cold and not good”

“When we got off the elevator and saw the trash up and down the hallway we should have turned around and left however we were desperate for sleep so we proceeded to our room. There was trash on the floor under the couch and our sheets had very clearly not been changed as there were multiple length dark colored hair and dirt. “The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....
