“This is a really wonderful property! Check in was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly. Grounds are beautiful and well maintained. A lot of amenities and while the rooms are a little dated they were clean and very well maintained. Lived the lake view from our spacious balcony! Would stay again!”

Clean, we do a pretty good check before settling in.
The bathroom was on the smaller end, husband is 6'4 so yeah the older establishments tend to be that way.
One entry way in the back smells bad. Did not have that anywhere else.
Plenty of places to eat or run to the store.”

“The hotel was in a very convenient location for Osage Beach activities. The beds were get comfortable. The front desk was polite and bring extra towels when requested. We were sad that the outside pool wasn't usable but enjoyed the inside pool. ”

“We found everything clean. Great breakfast. Eggs,sausage, biscuits& gravy, bread, bagels cream cheese , jelly. Make your own waffle, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Internet fine. Not more than 2 miles for several restraunts. Closer by was culvers and Arbys. Bed A little soft but slept fine.”

The breakfast included hot options like biscuits and gravy and waffles, not just cold cereal and bagels. We would definitely stay here again. ”
