Hotel a Windsor

“Very quiet, helpful and friendly.”

“The shower curtain was a ripped up, hair in the tub, no Kleenex, blood stains on pillows the bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled of pine soul and musky. Also the dust along the walls was bad. The room definitely needs deep cleaning. Also the microwave had food splatter. I took pictures”

“The young man at the desk was great and immediately helped replace our non‑working refrigerator. The beds were comfy, and the bathroom was clean with nice towels and a coffee maker. That said, the carpet and chair were very old and dirty, and the room had a damp, moldy smell that was hard to ignore. I’d stay again only if the rooms are refreshed and updated.”

“Hotel turns off the AC when you leave and your room will be hot and muggy when you get back. Then when you checkout they will find any reason to charge you for random things. I got charged $10 for a wash cloth. The staircase and hallways smell awful. Sheets did not look clean. Vending machine took our money. The breakfast was lame, and the creamer for your coffee was curdled.”

“Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this motel - gym stuck to the walls, clearly needed vacuumed, flies all over the place - it was cheap for a reason!”

“Had a great stay. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and smelt good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the AC makes a super annoying rattling sound that we couldn’t get to stop.”

“We pulled up and were so disappointed in the physical appearance and that the room entrances were outside we didn't stay. I asked for a refund and the staff denied me for a refund. So, it was so bad that I was willing to not stay there even though they required me to pay for it.”

“I booked it online based on the price and availability. I booked it a few minutes from pulling in. From the outside, like the pictures online, it seemed okay. Maybe not the nicest but we needed a room as we were traveling. I walked in with our small children and was blown away. It was awful! Very dirty, smelled like mold with old broken and stained furniture in the lobby, Because we had our kids they wanted to check out the pool so we did and it looked like a dungeon. I'm not even sure if it was...
