“I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

“One of the rooms had a funky smell. The other room had a shower that needed to be scrubbed. Room keys were hit and miss. No elevator. I thought the front desk assistant was rather rude to the person in front of me.”

“Great location to KC without being IN KC. A little loud on the traffic noise from hwy 50 but it quiets down early enough. Well appointed cabin, good parking, responsive host to our only issue with the door lock.”
