With that being said, I had reserved the patio for our ceremony in advance and I was told they could accommodate. With that being said, I got there and Anita was the only bright spot on our special day. She was the front desk representative and made sure that we were taken care of best of her ability. There's no front desk, no staff on site, and no one to call. We stood in a dark alley texting the hotel back and forth trying to get a working code. When we finally got a response, it was flat and unapologetic. Locking paying guests out of their hotel at night with no one on site isn't a minor hiccup. It's a safety...

“I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like...
