Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wonderful little breakfast in the morning too and the OJ hit the spot for sure. Will stay here again next time I have to have test in the KC area. ”
