Hotel a Oak Grove

“Gave me a 2 bed room when I booked a 1 bed room then the room we was in didn’t have a key so he had to come unlock our room with his key because he said they were doing renovations ”

“Stayed here twice, both times on weekdays. Rooms are nice, staff is excellent and casino was fun. My only gripe would be no food options for late night people like me. ”

“Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking ”

“Room was okay. Door to patio stuck slightly open. Bathroom did not have any place to hang towels, except one short rod for a hand towel. Check-in was fast and easy. Gentleman who helped us was efficient and friends. During our two night stay, DeeDee worked the front desk over the weekend. She greeted guests as they entered, asking about their breakfast or their day. Truly a GREAT representative of the hotel. We easily walked to Royals games just across the street. Great location.”

“My stay at Silver Heart was truly magical. The property is stunning and full of character, and everything was sparkling clean. I could not have felt any more welcomed and will absolutely stay there again if and when I'm in Kansas City area next time. ”

“Property is older, secluded and in dark area outside. It is right next to interstate which makes it convenient. Breakfast had some option but still seemed limited - I did not try anything. AC in room worked fine. ”

“My only complaint was with Expedia. Paid for a king room, but when we checked in the desk said they only had queen rooms. Was told we would receive a refund as the room was slightly less, but never did.”

“a cup of coffee was 4.65. Complimentary coffee was not available.............drove to Quick Trip and spent 2.49. Hotel was ok but the 4.65 for Starbucks won't work for us.”

“The free breakfast was excellent multiple options to choose from. The room was very clean, the air conditioning will freeze you out and the staff were excellent they were on top of everything you asked for something there was no waiting for it they got it right away”
