“Rooms need renovation but overall good and clean ”

“There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. “Staff were wonderful and helpful! Room was spacious and clean overall. Bathroom of the room was VERY small and configured very oddly. To open the door to it, you could not be sitting on the toilet or you would be hit. Or even toddler taking a bath was super uncomfortable because it’s small and you couldn’t sit on the toilet without the door being shut. The housekeeper did not see the toilet paper wad dried on the shower ceiling and the wall by the trashcan in the bathroom look like it could’ve...
