“Bath tubs need safety rails”

“Per Expedia I chose the option to pay at property. Upon arrival my friend whom I made the reservation for (with my card) was not allowed to check in or substitute his card for payment as we usually do. They insisted upon taking my driver's license and entering info from it (why?), charged my card for the room and also charged a "surcharge" in case of damage to maybe get refunded later. “the rooms were clean however this place needs to upgrade the Bed mattress, Hard and very thin my back still hurts after sleeping on the mattress”

“Wine was good. Walls are thin between the rooms. Earplugs didn't help. Putting a few bottles of water and a box of Kleenex in the rooms would have been nice.”

“Breakfast consisted of sugar , carbs, no protein The eggs come in little packets and they were set on ice. The pancake machine burnt the pancakes. The only place you could get ice was on the first floor so if you was on the second floor walk walk walk. The coffee was terrible smelled and tasted like burnt rubber. I just feel that someplace could have done better for the price that I paid. Old microwave and old refrigerator.”

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”

“The suite was very clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the warmer for their breakfast was broken so items had to be nuked in the microwave. Other than that everything was great.”
