“Very clean & friendly staff !”

“On a whole the place was clean however our comforters on both beds had stains and the tub had marks in it. Breakfast was delicious. Biggest downfall for me was the Asian mystic decor above doorways and on surfaces. Will probably not return. ”

“Our room was clean and the kids had fun in the pool. Lots of semi noise from the nearby highway. ”

“So bad we actually left the property and drove an additional two hours to find a decent property! Lobby reeked of weed, staff were questionable, ac was not working, water wouldn’t turn off, heard something scurrying away when I opened the door, the room had a terrible smell and was very humid, they say no pets allowed but there was a large dog barking constantly 2 doors down. Overall just a disgusting room and I did not feel safe.”

“The staff was in great spirits, helped with extra sheets and a pillow when we asked. They checked on us which was appreciated. The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying. The mattress cover looked like there had been a massacre. We will not be back. ”

“The heating unit worked great. I was able to sleep soundly. There was a great variety of stores nearby. I enjoyed a very nice Mexican meal.”

“We could hear people talking in the next room and every time the toilet flushed or shower ran. Carpet frayed in areas. ”

“Everything was great. My only complaint is that they don't clean your room daily so we ran out of towels and needed the trash taken out. Other than that my family and I loved it.”

“The hotel room was dirty there was a cigarette hole in the bed The only thing great about this room was that there wasn't bed bugs The water never got hot in the sink The heater didn't work it kept going off in the middle of the night and I couldn't get it to turn back on because the power was being tripped by using it. When I checked in they told me they didn't have any single rooms left and that I would have to pay an additional $60 because there was two beds in the room and I booked through a...

“Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking ”

“Plenty of safe, convenient parking. Everything in the room worked and the breakfast was plentiful and beautiful.”

“It was just a over night stay but we had dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. It was very good but way overpriced”
