We were there for 4 nights and they never entered our room for cleaning during our stay. The shower was adequate, but went hot/cold. The pool was great and the kids loved it! The breakfast was good - variety and freshness. The staff was excellent! We mostly interacted with Garrett and he was SO helpful! ...
