“The staff were incredibly kind, observant and helpful. The room was very clean. Shower tiles could use some maintenance, but they were clean. The Three Owls restaurant/bar was excellent, although severely understaffed. But those working were very nice, and the food and drinks were excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I will recommend to friends and family.”

“I am in Kansas City almost weekly, and the same can be said for this wonderful little hidden place. You will not find a better place to stay, and for frequent travelers you will not find another home away from home that truly feels like a home... if your home is an amazing mansion right across from an art college and next to an art museum. No receptionist, you just walk in, grab your cup of espresso, maybe sit on the couch for a while and work before going up to your room which I can only say is...
