Hotel a Trimble

“The room had bugs and the door safety latch would not work / stay locked. Also the door had large crack . Told front desk they said to call the manager.”

“We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay.”

“Good hotel but the place could use upgrading. Carpets smelt a bit and the hallways smelt of weed. But overall an OK stay. Nothing unpleasant or unusual happened. The lady at the front desk was helpful and nice and so was Sharif.”

“Charming inn on the grounds of the old Oddfellows campus. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We did not have a chance to sample the wine but the vibes were excellent.”

“The property was very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, everything smelled clean and fresh with no odors throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the TV worked well, although I wish there were more local news channels available so guests could stay updated on what’s happening around Kansas City. “The staff was extremely helpful in a lot of extra needs we had and we got everything for free.”

“One of a kind property that defies categorization. Worked out very well for us as a couple traveling with our dog. Owners were friendly and flexible. Antiques and knickknacks throughout the property as well as steep stairs make it not particularly kid-friendly. Can walk to restaurants and park nearby. ”

“Towels, bedsheets are not bleached, they looks like very dirty. Everything is old. Sink is stained…”

“Easy check-in, helpful front desk, short shuttle ride ($5/person) to the airport. Serves the purpose of catching an early morning flight and catching some zzz the night before”

“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“Clean brand new rooms. Great helpful staff.”

“Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.”

“I don’t complain ever hardly, but this stay was not up to par on any level. Bathroom smelled like urine, bed linens had stains on them. I didn’t even sleep there I went down the road and got a better room. I went tot he front desk twice to speak to a manager and both times NOBODY was present at the desk or around it. Albeit, evening time.”
