“We absolutely love how affordable and family friendly Basswood Resort is. They have fun activities everyday for all ages, among there many fishing ponds, swimming pool, playgrounds, dog park, nature trails and so on. We will be making yearly trips here😀”

“My family and I always have a wonderful time when we stay at Basswood Resort. The staff are all so helpful and kind. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the cabin being covered in ants inside and on the back porch. But that won't stop us from coming back, though. I'll just make sure to bring ant spray next time! ”

“Amazing - if you are interested in the last few hundred years of U.S. History, I'd put this one on your list of places to visit. Just a great experience. Out of the innumerable artifacts dating back to the end of the 18th century, I particularly was taken back by the original copy of a page from April 15th, 1865 - I didn't have time to see everything. The property's stewards will most likely offer a tour and they are really nice folks. I thought this location was aggressively under priced. ”
