“Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. “This is usually the hotel I stay in when I come to town is convenient to my family the breakfast is decent rooms aren't fancy but they work. I was truly disappointed this go around from the bathroom, there literally was hair everywhere from the tub to the sink as if the staff just decided not to clean the hair out the tub and sink or sweep it up.”

“The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...
