“Staff was very helpful at check in but not through my whole stay it turned out to be a disaster”

“We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay.”

“When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay.”

“Room. Bed was very uncomfortable like a hide a bed and the pillows were flat and not supportive. Bed linens were not secure and had to make the bed (fitted sheet) every morning. If you're going to have a kitchenette then there should at least be a coffee maker with supplies included. Elevator was dreadfully slow and the 3rd floor opening was extremely loud and squeaky. Could definitely need some repairs. Otherwise it was a basic room.”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for two nights while on a road trip. We checked in on a Thursday night and checked out on Saturday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were helpful upon check-in and were generous in giving us extra towels. The breakfast was a hot breakfast and consisted of eggs (scrambled/fried/omelette), sausages, and biscuits and gravy. There was plenty of parking on the property. The only minuses were that the sleeper...
