“They were excavating the driveway and ran the jackhammer, concrete saw and then blew off the parking lot with a leaf blower at 8:00 pm Two days after we left another charge appeared on my credit card for 177.20 I called and was told it was a simple error and they would call me back tomorrow. Never heard back from them ”

“There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

“Rooms need renovation but overall good and clean ”

“Room was a bit muggy and felt like the sheets were always wet. The power went out for quite a while and nothing was done and no one checked to see if guests were okay.”

“Felt discriminated against as soon as I walked in. Had to pay 100.00 cash for deposit on room beside the amount I paid through expedia. They wouldnt take my credit card for the deposit. Then somehow I still had a 20ish debit against my card after the fact. Room was hot and never cooled down strong smell inside room.”

“Hotel was absolutely disgusting. Very unsafe. Trying to give me a room the door did not lock. Could literally see outside with door closed. Never stayed there. Bates motel . Very scary”

“A breakfast came with our stay, which included scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles fruit, oatmeal, cereal, etc that the staff maintained constantly. The food was fresh and good. From the front desk to the restaurants and housekeeping the staff was friendly and helpful.”
