“The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . “Room was nice and clean and very spacious. The apartment we had the lounge air con worked though the main bedroom turned on though didn’t have cold air and the spare room had no air con. Though the apartment was massive and very comfortable ”

“This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day.”
