“La habitación olía a humedad, pero todo limpio y bien”

“Prepaid for a King Room and the plumbing did not work properly. I was told that my only choice was a Queen Room where the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I had to pay extra for the King Room and was not offered any type of compensation. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.”

“The room was so gross. It smelled like wet rag the entire time I was there. Pictures on Google and Expedia are deceiving. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom floors were sticky, the towels were terrible and we ended up not even using the shower because of how disgusting it looked and got a room somewhere else. Due to the conditions of the room I didn’t even try to eat the breakfast that was put out. There was flies and gnats in our room as well, and the couch was dirty and made me itch. I...

“This place is hip and very fun! The Corinne restaurant has great food, but the service is very slow! I took my 4 month old malti-poo and he was welcomed so lovingly! They need a pet relief area that is not across the street. The hotel is walking distance to the riverwalk and everything! The staff is so helpful! I lived the stay!”

“Great location. Entire hotel was clean and orderly. Staff all went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable.”

“The breakfast experience was very stressful. We weren't allowed to simply make a plate and return to our rooms. We were told we could only have our breakfast in the dinning room and the staff was very particular about what we had and what utensils we were allowed to utilize for our meal. We had a baby in the room sleeping and we were told that we couldn't simply make a plate and return to our room so we had to go eat individually while one stayed with our baby. I mean...its not that serious...
