Hotel a Saylorsburg

“The only issue I had was that the bathroom was so tiny. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem with it as it is so tight. Luckily my husband was not with me on this trip, as he would have had serious issue using the toilet and shower.”

“The receptionist at the desk was friendly and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel, and the pool looked nice, even though we didn't use it. The bar was a nice convenience. however we were expecting a restaurant at the hotel, I thought I read that in the on line description. the rooms were clean and bed was clean and comfortable. but the room decor was damaged and worn out and well used. Needs an extreme upgrade as well as the bathroom, toilet seat kept sliding! The AC was either freezing...

He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels...

“Property is close to interest areas, restaurants, pharmacies also. Facilities are clean , staff provide clear information. The waitress lady at the bar very kind, friendly and offering an excellent customer service.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“The hotel is rather old. Carpets were wet - maybe humidity? Bathroom smelled like cat pee. No amentities. Loud bar on the first floor. However the breakfast was decent. Doubt I’ll stay again”

“We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend.”
