“This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage. Only “complaint” would be the bathroom door was frosted glass, so if you were in the bathroom while someone was sleeping the whole room was bright from the bathroom light. The room itself had blackout curtains though which was nice. ”

“Wonderful time at the hyatt but the room did have the subfloor chipping up under the carpet so it made the common area a bit dicey. The grout must have separated from the spandex panels. Did make for a tripping hazard around couch and desk area on way in and out of room. ”

“Very nice. The hotel and room were clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Clean bathroom. Breakfast was no better or worse than other hotels in this price range. The nightly rate was less than I would expect for a place this nice. We will be back ”
