“Our room was very clean along with the area of the inn that we saw. Only concern I have is the placement of the dumpster, it's in an area that inhibits your view for pulling out. There is a mirror to help but it's still very hard to see around. Other than that it's a nice place we may book again.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night.”

“Well it was a place to sleep,first night of check in no wifi after 20 minutes trying to connect turned on TV sporadically worked and it went off,went to front desk and was told we're aware and working on it,last morning finally figured out if you go outside your door wifi connects an the stay within 8 feet of you door you slightly connected,was told oh we're going to add points to your IHG rewards every day for convenience,checked out and haven't received anything,always had good luck at...

“The standard room I got was on the small side, but very clean. Yes, limited space, but I was there to sleep not hang out. The lady who checked me in was very nice, but my son had a different person entirely and she was not so great. Everyone and everything else was very pleasant. I would stay there again.”

“The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable and fell far below the standards I would expect from any reputable establishment. Upon closer inspection of the room, it was apparent that it had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. In addition, the bedding and floors did not appear to have been adequately cleaned, which raised serious concerns regarding hygiene and guest safety. “Room was clean but not very appealing to eye! Just a blah bear bed cover and the thinnest sheets ever. Metal bed bottom was annoying everytime someone got near they kicked it and so loud. Ice bucket but no lid. We were put in I suppose an overflow a couple blocks from hotel between 2 campgrounds. Outside of hotel needed lots of work and tlc!! Not sure who gave the reviews I read but I witnessed nothing like was in the reviews. Very disappointed and will not be back!”
