“We decided to pay the $9.99 for the breakfast meal. It was the exact same type food that we are given free at other hotels, with a cheaper price. We should have looked at what was offered before we paid, but did not. That is our fault. This type breakfast should be complementary.”

“I appreciated the location, close to the Great Smoky Mountains NP and downtown Gatlinburg, the courtesy of the reception staff, the free parking. The breakfast could be improved for variety and quality”

“Areas not under construction are well maintained and clean. Only one ice machine in operation. Breakfast selections are primarily only carb based, continental breakfast as advertised. Staff was excellent! ”

“Super nice to stay at, only minus one star because one of the 3 elevators was busted. Causing delays in the lobby and trying to get luggage up and down was chaos..”

“Fine place to stay. Only rated a bit lower because the elevator was not working. We had to lug our luggage upstairs. Undoubtably,, fixed by now.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.”

“The hotel was very clean, the kids loved the pool, the rooms are big. My only complaint was there was no breakfast offered during the week and we never saw any complimentary coffee which would have been nice. ”

“Room and beds were very clean. This was my second stay here and it was just as satisfying. The bathrooms are a little small and the tvs are tiny. But we just used it for sleep. It is extremely budget friendly and just up the road from Dollywood. Highly recommend if you’re trying to save some money or are just looking for a place to sleep. It’s also within walking distance of a Casey’s Gas Station. So food is easy to find. Their breakfast was also really good for the price.”

“Standard hotel, room ok. The room seemed clean enough but had a funny smell (maybe odd cleaning fluids). Beeakfast was lacklustre no fruit or yogurt, but functional.”

“La habitación estaba limpia. El staff muy amable, el desayuno es muy básico, pan, corflakes, café, jugos de manzana, leche con cereal. Tienen parking gratis, los carros quedan fuera. No es un hotel 5 estrellas pero para el precio es buena opción”
