Hotel a Spillertown

“Stayed here for 5 days traveling for work. The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeepers walked into my room two days in a row without knocking or announcing themselves first, they just opened the door and walked in. I was not going to be in the room on the last day of my stay so I expected they would just let themselves in again. I neatly stacked all my trash, towels, and bedsheets near the door so they could easily collect. Came back to the room that night to find it untouched. No clean...

“Don't stay here. Hair all over bathroom. Hairdryer sticky with hair and toilet paper all over it. Stained towels. No shampoo or conditioner provided, no coffee maker, no safe. We checked out after 1 night and they refused to refund the 2 nights we did not stay for.”

“Everything was great!, except for our room (311) being haunted. Upon initial entry of the room there was a clear, unidentified weird scent, but it all looked and felt clean. Shower was great and breakfast was great. All would have been well if whatever upset ghost in there would have left 2 of the 5 of us alone. Screaming while asleep, horribly possessive dreams and starting to sit up.. the water turning on randomely in the bathroom.. very unexpected.”

“When they say you get what you paid for that is a true statement when booking at this property. Friday there is no one at the desk but a guy on a robot to check you in. Once I got checked in the light did not work, holes in the wall, sheets were stained with god know what, holes in the sheets and worst of all a bedbug was found in the bed. All the property offer was a new room and my deposit. I was there for 5 minutes and left to a different hotel. Run far away from this place as fast as you...

“The staff are extremely friwndly and the resort is very clean. The room was spacious, but our bed was a little hard. We were still able to sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel and casino. I will be back soon.”

“Fresh, hot breakfast , five stars for lady prepare it. Greeting and check supply in time. Very good meat! Will give overall five if empty condition on shower tub not happened.”

“Smoking room was not pretty but I'm not picky. Shower was cold though and not the cleanest. again not a complainer just that was my issues. ”

“Room was very basic, it was clean. It was missing some furniture a lot of empty space. There was still food in the mini fridge from last guest. Weird smell in hallway on first floor. Parking lot has considerable amount of trash in it. ”
