“Clean room ”

“The bathroom had hair on it and hair on shower floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open without putting the trash can in front of it to hold it open. The microwave rotating glass plate wouldn’t stay in place so you couldn’t use it. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and we had ice packs we wanted to refreeze”

“The hotel feels dated and needs an update. The bedside lamp is rusted; the owner can at least spend a little to change out the rusty lamp. The hot water are not so hot and has low water pressure.”

“This was the cleanest property I’ve stayed at! Ever! Very quiet and great beds! Highly recommend!!”

“It was a comfortable room. I found the room to be clean and very accommodating. The hall needed vacuuming, and the breakfast was not great. Continental breakfast offered with limited options. I would have eaten at least cereal, but there were no milk alternatives. ”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages! When checking out there was no one at the desk so we had to check out with the "kiosk...

“When they say you get what you paid for that is a true statement when booking at this property. Friday there is no one at the desk but a guy on a robot to check you in. Once I got checked in the light did not work, holes in the wall, sheets were stained with god know what, holes in the sheets and worst of all a bedbug was found in the bed. All the property offer was a new room and my deposit. I was there for 5 minutes and left to a different hotel. Run far away from this place as fast as you...
