“This hotel needs a complete renovation. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was in poor condition. ”

“We arrived at night so I could not see the condition of the property. The gentleman behind the desk was personable. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the AC unit was QUIET. Breakfast was full of carbohydrates and a few of the machines (OJ. . .) were broken, so they put milk, Sunny Delight (fake OJ), and yogurt in a small cooling fridge below the counter. My son had a separate room and said that it smelled of smoke. It's good for a one-nighter. I wouldn't plan on moving in. Toilet...

“This place was absolutely fantastic, from cleanliness to staff friendliness! The amenities were extremely useful! The gym had relevant equipment that was not dated! It included 2 separate rooms, one spacious space for weight training, one more intimate space for yoga/calisthenics. Maybe the gym was my favorite part! There was also a pool area (indoor). The courtyard was amazing, great place to enjoy the scenery or mingle with other travelers. The ENTIRE place here was conducive for business and...

“First room assigned had not been cleaned. Had food and trash, along with cigarette butts and smoke (in a non-smoking room). I understand that the misuse of the room was not management's fault, but that of the prior occupants. However, there should have been protocols in place to insure that rooms are cleaned and noted as such before new guests arrive. The front desk person was very apologetic and noticeably frustrated that this occurred, and when she told another staff member it was shrugged...
