“I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. “The room was clean and updated. A full breakfast was served including eggs and a meat.”

“Great staff, very friendly. The warm cookies were excellent. However the rug in our room badly needed cleaning. The drain in our shower was very slow and there was a previous guests half drunk bottle in the fridge. On the plus side the bed was clean and comfortable and we were able to sleep well.”

“Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. ”
